Spring Season Farm Box Gift Subscription

Purchasing this gift will give the recipient a subscription for our Spring Farm Box program, beginning in April 2021. The program includes four Farm Boxes that will be delivered every-other-week to the pickup location chosen by you or the recipient. The gift certificate can be emailed to them directly or you can send it yourself! **We'll contact you when payment is complete to confirm whether the gift certificate should be e-mailed to you or to the recipient.**
