Our current variety has semi-savoyed leaves and tender stems, making it one of the best varieties for sautéing because it still retains some body and mouthfeel even once cooked. One of our very favorites to grow and eat, and loaded with nutrients. All it needs is a little olive oil, garlic, and salt to enjoy!
