Shishito peppers, also known as Japanese frying peppers, are small, mild peppers with a thin and wrinkled skin. They make an addictive and delicious snack -- just blister them quickly in a saute pan set over high heat (with a little evoo), sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy. Kids love them, too!
