This thin-walled hot pepper looks like a jalapeno pepper but the Fresno pepper has a fruitier, smokier taste and they are a bit milder. Especially flavorful and sweet once they ripen to red, Fresnos are one of our best-selling hot peppers with our customers and the restaurants we work with.
