Hot Pepper Mix

Still in their early green stage, this mix will include a couple of ahi-type hot peppers, as well as Santa Fe and green Fresno. As the season progresses, they will begin to ripen to their true color; but we begin harvesting now to keep the plants healthy and because the flavor even at this early stage is still excellent. Super fresh and flavorful, so the chefs we work with rave! :)
