2021 Farm Box Gift Subscription - Full Year Program

Purchasing this gift will give the recipient a subscription for our entire 2021 season -- Spring, Summer, and Fall -- with the first delivery scheduled for April 2021. Farm Boxes will be delivered every-other-week during the season to the pickup location chosen by you or the recipient.
